how it works? Chi kung lessons introduces in-and-around the body explorations respecting upright stillness, posture, energy and seasonal rhythms. During the course of the lessons, you will explore in your body the architecture of standing and some of the fundamental forces that inform our stance in life. We focus on structural alignment, polarity work and spontaneous change.

We engage in easy-to-follow practices, such as:
- still chi kung (zhan zhuang)
- ba duan jin
- meditative movement

for who? Open for everyone, no previous experience with chi kung required.
